No Exit
Changing lines will not require passengers to leave the Metro system. A 160-metre foot overbridge within the paid area will connect the two elevated stations, allowing commuters to transfer between corridors without tapping out and entering again.

Interchange Shortcut
West Delhi commuters could soon get a much easier way to switch between the Green and Magenta lines. The new Peeragarhi interchange will connect the existing Green Line station with the upcoming Magenta Line station, potentially cutting out lengthy detours.

Metro Expansion
Peeragarhi is part of a much larger Phase 4 push that is reshaping Delhi's Metro map. The Krishna Park Extension-Deepali Chowk section will help bridge existing Magenta Line stretches and extend direct connectivity through western and northwestern Delhi.

Year End
The wait for the new connection may be nearing its final stretch. Around 90% of the station's civil structure is complete, with architectural finishing work underway. DMRC expects the section to open for passengers by the end of this year.

More Transfers
The new interchange is part of a broader expansion in line-to-line connectivity. Delhi Metro currently has 31 interchange stations, while Phase 4 is expected to add around 18 more, giving commuters more options to switch routes across the capital.
