The barrier-free facility is planned at Karauli Bangar in Jewar on the expressway link connecting Noida International Airport towards the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway corridor. The location is under development rather than an already operational airport toll point.

ANPR cameras identify the vehicle and FASTag collects the fee

In the government’s MLFF system, overhead cameras and sensors read the registration plate while FASTag handles the electronic deduction. Physical booths and lifting barriers are removed, allowing compliant vehicles to continue at highway speed.

A December target is not the same as a confirmed opening date

NHAI is targeting a connection with the Eastern Peripheral Expressway by December, according to the report. The airport-to-Mohna stretch is planned to open after the link is completed, so commuters should not publish or plan around a guaranteed December opening yet.

NHAI advises MLFF users to maintain adequate FASTag balance, keep the tag active and properly attached, and use a clear compliant number plate. A failed payment can generate an e-notice; payment after 72 hours can rise to twice the normal fee.
