The Shotgun 650 Limited Edition abandons conventional styling for a bold black-and-gold theme created with Rough Crafts. Gloss Jet Black and Matt Stealth Black finishes, gold leaf stripes and numbered tank badges give the motorcycle the appearance of a factory-built custom machine.

Hidden Numbers

Owning this Royal Enfield will be harder than buying one. Out of the 100 units produced globally, only 25 motorcycles are reserved for Indian buyers. The limited allocation turns every booking into a race among enthusiasts chasing a rare piece of Royal Enfield history.

This motorcycle carries the design language of Rough Crafts’ Caliber Royale, a bespoke Shotgun 650 custom project unveiled at EICMA 2025. From stretched proportions to handcrafted finishes, the limited edition brings elements of a one-off custom build into a production motorcycle.
