Operations of commercial passenger flights on local routes were allowed by the government from May 25 after being suspended for two months following a pan-India lockdown on March 25 in the wake of coronavirus pandemic. Post the resumption of domestic commercial passenger flight operations from May 25, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) has catered to a total of 2,01,258 passengers till date, Mumbai International Airport Ltd (MIAL) said in a statement.
