HP Pavilion P2 promises 60% power-saving capability

HP has launched Pavilion P2 desktop which the company says can cut energy costs by up to 60 per cent as compared to other conventional desktops. HP Pavilion P2 runs on a 90W power adaptor as against conventional desktops that work on 250W power supply units, reports said.

HP Pavilion P2 can run up to 1 hour on a conventional UPS, says Vinay Awasthi, Senior Director, Products & Marketing, PPS, HP India.

Priced from Rs 23,500 onwards, HP Pavilion P2 comes with a 18.5" LED monitor with inbuilt speakers and comes with a 1-year onsite warranty.

HP Pavilion P2 comes in two versions, one running on Intel Pentium G630T Processor and the other with the Intel Core i3 2120T Processor.
