Oral-B showed off three new smart toothbrushes at CES 2022, which is the world's biggest tech show. The company has unveiled two budget brushes, the iO4 and iO5, as well as a premium Oral B iO10. The latter comes with advanced features and can reportedly offer real-time oral health coaching.

The new iO10 product can give details on brushing time, pressure, and coverage. This basically means that one won't need to take their phone into the bathroom as all the details will be available on the smart toothbrush. Users will be able to review the brushing data in the Oral-B app, which will offer better insights into your brushing habits.

This electric toothbrush has seven different cleaning modes for a personalized clean. These include Daily Clean, Sensitive, Super Sensitive, Intense, Whiten, Gum Care, and Tongue Clean. Oral-B says that it has added a sensor, which displays a red light when you are brushing too hard and a green light when your brushing method is right and not too harsh.

The Oral-B iO10 is rechargeable. The pricing details of the product are yet to be revealed. Currently, the previous-generation iO toothbrush is selling in the US with a price tag of around $299.99. So, the price could be either a little higher or in the same price range, which we will get to know in the coming months.

The other two brushes that the company has announced are iO4 and iO5. Both the gadgets leverage the same tech as you get with the new iO10, but pack fewer bells and whistles. The affordable ones come with fewer cleaning modes and they even lack oral health coaching, which is built into the charging base.

Though, the budget smart toothbrushes do come with a rainbow celebration light, which enlightens after a person brushes for two minutes. There is also a small digital display. The budget brushes will be sold in different colour options, including white, black, pink, blue, and lavender. People will also be able to check some details via the Oral-B app.

It is currently unknown when the brand plans to release these products. There is also no word on whether these will arrive in countries like India. Oral B is already selling a few rechargeable electric brushes in the Indian market that are priced between Rs 3,000 and 13,000.
