Hero MotoCorp to make 12 mn units a year: Pawan Munjal

Two-wheeler maker Hero MotoCorp has said its annual production capacity will reach 12 million units a year, manufactured in over 20 facilities all over the world.

On the sidelines of an event to mark the production of the company's 50-millionth two-wheeler at its Gurgaon plant, Managing Director and Chief Executive Pawan Munjal said the company by the year 2020 will sell its products in over 50 countries and have an annual turnover of Rs 60,000 crore.

Further, the auto major is aiming to achieve an EBITDA (Earnings before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) margin of 20 per cent, he said.
