India’s exports to the U.S. rose $1.3 billion year-on-year, with total exports reaching $59.04 billion during April–November, Commerce Secretary Rajesh Agrawal said. November exports to the U.S. stood at $6.98 billion, higher than both October and year-ago levels. Imports from the U.S. rose to $35.40 billion in the same period. The Trade Secretary said India–U.S. trade remains resilient despite high tariffs, though there is no timeline yet for a trade deal, noting that the final stage of negotiations is the toughest. India is also engaged in multiple global trade talks, with the India–Oman trade pact ready to be signed.
