He highlighted India’s ₹10,000 crore assistance to Bhutan’s 13th Five-Year Plan, supporting sectors like roads, agriculture, finance, and healthcare. PM Modi also announced the expansion of UPI payment services for Bhutanese citizens visiting India and celebrated youth collaboration in education, innovation, and technology — including a joint satellite project.
