
Anant Ambani announces Reliance’s proposed ₹1 lakh crore investment in Andhra Pradesh, including compressed biogas plants, green energy initiatives and opportunities linked to agriculture and rural development. Speaking at the launch of the Indian School of Agriculture in Madanapalle, he highlighted plans to connect millions of farmers with digital training, Jio Krishi technologies, AI, drones, robotics, cloud computing and price intelligence. The event also marked the launch of the Rayalaseema Horticulture Hub and focused on high-tech farming and farmer incomes. Ambani said Reliance would support the institution through strategic investments, digital capabilities, technical expertise and industry partnerships, while emphasizing sustainable agriculture, animal husbandry, rural enterprise and opportunities for India’s next generation of farmers.
