NEET UG 2026 Cancelled Again Amid Massive Paper Leak Scandal, CBI Launches Probe

NEET UG 2026 has been cancelled after fresh allegations of a major paper leak surfaced across multiple states, triggering nationwide outrage. Over 22 lakh students who appeared for the medical entrance exam are now facing uncertainty once again. Investigators suspect that leaked “guess papers” containing hundreds of matching questions were circulated before the exam through a suspected organised racket linked to a printing press in Nashik. Rajasthan Police SOG and the CBI are now probing the case. The NTA admitted the exam had become “unfit to stand” and announced a re-exam.
