Terming the previous paper leak unfortunate, the Minister revealed a "Whole of Government" approach involving the PMO and senior cabinet ministers like Rajnath Singh. To ensure a foolproof system, exams will now be held strictly in secure government institutions across 5,400 centers with district-level coordination. In a major student-centric move, the Ministry has waived fees, initiated refunds for the canceled exam, and accommodated center changes for over 2.5 lakh students.
