With winter approaching, air pollution is once again a major concern across Delhi-NCR and North India. But does spending ₹19,999 on an air purifier make sense?
In this Tech Today review, we test the Xiaomi Mijia Smart Air Purifier 6, which claims coverage of up to 940 square feet and features five-stage filtration, five air-quality sensors, smart app controls and a particle CADR of 443 cubic metres per hour.
We examine its design, filtration system, noise levels, smart features, maintenance requirements and real-world performance. We also compare it with the Honeywell Air Touch P2 to see what you get for your money.
Our room test recorded a drop in the reported AQI reading from around 600 to 54 in 35 minutes, reaching approximately 12 after about an hour. Results can vary depending on room conditions, airflow and pollution levels.
Is the Xiaomi Mijia Air Purifier 6 a good choice for your bedroom, or should you consider a more powerful alternative? Watch the full review before buying an air purifier this winter.
