Ultraviolette offers the X47 in India as an electric adventure motorcycle, combining a large battery pack with a feature-heavy package. Smart Safety

The X47 comes with UV Hypersense ADAS technology, making it the first EV in its segment to offer the feature, according to the company. Its safety and rider-assistance package includes a 150-degree front view, 68-degree rear vertical view, 200-metre tracking range, rear collision warning, lane-change assist and overtake alert.

Strong Battery

The motorcycle gets an air-cooled 10.7 kWh battery pack paired with a 1.6 kW onboard charger. Ultraviolette also provides surge protection and earth-leakage protection. The electric motor produces 40 hp, while the claimed range goes up to 323 km on a single charge.

Quick Acceleration

Despite being an electric adventure motorcycle, the X47 is built to deliver strong acceleration. Its motor can take the bike from 0 to 100 kmph in 8.1 seconds. The package also includes dual-channel ABS, four-level traction control, nine-level regenerative braking, dynamic stability control and tow alert.

Premium Price

The Ultraviolette X47 starts at ₹2.49 lakh, ex-showroom, in India, while the top variant costs ₹4.59 lakh, ex-showroom. The wide price gap reflects the different variants and equipment levels, putting the motorcycle firmly in the premium electric two-wheeler segment.
