The Ratan Tata succession race

Cyrus Mistry, 43, was on Wednesday appointed as Ratan Tata's successor. This is the second time in the company's 143-year history that a non-Tata will head the group. Mistry, son of the largest shareholder in the group - Pallonji Mistry, has been on the board since 2006.
