For the first time in history, a Dubai skyscraper will bear the name of an actor — Shah Rukh Khan. “Shahrukhz by Danube” rises 55 stories high, immortalizing Bollywood’s global icon in steel and glass.

The 321-foot-tall commercial marvel will feature a lifesize statue of SRK in his signature arms-outstretched pose at the entrance — a cinematic salute to the superstar’s charisma and global fanbase.

Danube Group founder Rizwan Sajan calls the project a “reflection of ambition and success,” inspired by Shah Rukh’s own rise from Delhi’s theatre lanes to Dubai’s skyline — a tale of shared dreams and grit.

Investors get more than prime real estate — buyers qualify for Dubai’s 10-year Golden Visa, turning the tower into a magnet for global entrepreneurs and high-net-worth Indians seeking a foothold in the UAE.
