Shares of R Systems International zoomed 15 per cent to hit an all-time high of Rs 211.45 on BSE after the company announced that its board will consider a share buyback proposal in the upcoming board meeting scheduled on August 06, 2021.
 
"The board of directors of the company is scheduled to be held on August 06, 2021, to consider the proposal for buyback of equity shares of the company, quantum & mode of buyback, appointment of intermediaries and other matters incidental thereto," R Systems International said.
 
The company will also consider and approve the audited standalone financial results and the unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended June 30, 2021.
