Telegram app restored on Apple App Store after disappearing briefly without explanation

Telegram has returned to Apple’s App Store after briefly disappearing from the platform, with the messaging company confirming that its app has been restored for users.

The app was unavailable earlier on Monday, with users accessing its App Store listing being met with a message stating, “The page you're looking for can't be found.” Checks also found that the application was not available on Apple’s marketplace at the time.

Telegram later confirmed the restoration in a statement but did not provide details on why the app was removed or what led to the temporary unavailability.

"Telegram has been restored on the App Store and should soon be available again for all users," the company said.

Apple has not issued any statement on the matter. The company did not immediately respond to a request for comment outside regular business hours.
