Bank of Nova Scotia's focus on efficiency driving profits

The Bank of Nova Scotia, led by CEO Sanjeev Mittal in India, was adjudged the most productive and efficient small bank in the 2012 BT-KPMG Best Banks Study. He says the bank has been able to improve its profitability by 50-60 per cent in the last 12 months.
