Seven lives were lost after a building collapsed in Delhi’s Satya Niketan. But for around 22 students living in a girls’ PG next door, the nightmare continues. The students at Hostel Daze say they have been left without a caretaker or warden for three days, while food and Wi-Fi services have also been disrupted. They claim meals that were included in their PG package are now being charged separately at ₹4,000. The students also allege that the owners, Sudhanshu and Shubham, have not been responding to their calls. With no one to manage the hostel, the girls say they are even locking the gate themselves. Who will take responsibility for their safety and basic needs?
