Ram Mandir Controversy Deepens: SIT Finds Security Lapses, Land Deal Allegations Rock Ayodhya

The Ram Mandir donation controversy has intensified after the Special Investigation Team (SIT) reportedly flagged serious lapses in the handling of devotees' donations, including weak employee verification, CCTV blind spots, and irregularities in transporting and depositing cash. The probe has also expanded to allegations surrounding land purchases linked to the temple trust. BJP worker Dr. Rajneesh Singh, who raised the issue with the PMO, has demanded a transparent investigation. AAP leaders Sanjay Singh and Arvind Kejriwal have sought a wider probe into the alleged land deals, while the VHP has also called for an FIR. The Yogi Adityanath government says strict action will be taken against anyone found guilty.
