Shares of Adani Green Energy are in news today after the firm said Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited (AREH11L), a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, has incorporated wholly owned subsidiaries, namely, Urjasetu Renewables Limited (URL) and Hydrobloom Power Limited (HPL) on December 2, 2025.   

Adani Green Energy stock ended at Rs 1022.65 on Tuesday. Market cap of Adani Green Energy stood at Rs 1.68 lakh crore. The Adani Green Energy stock has fallen 23% in a year and lost 50% in three years.
