DBS Bank banking on superior customer service

DBS Bank, led by General Manager & CEO Sanjiv Bhasin in India, was the best mid-sized bank in terms of productivity and efficiency in the 2012 BT-KPMG Best Banks Study. He says that the bank is constantly improving its processes to offer better customer service.
