Leaked documents about Sony Xperia tablets have popped up on German tech site Mobiflip.

The documents suggest Sony Xperia tablet to be a successor of Sony Tablet P .

Sony Xperia tablet is said be have a display size of 9.4 inches, with a resolution of 1280x800 pixels.

Sony Xperia tablets are likely to come in different versions with 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB of internal memory. The 3G versions could also be available.

The Sony Xperia tablet could be powered by the Tegra 3 quad-core processor and will run on Android 4.0 or higher versions.

Sony Xperia tablet may have an 8-megapixel camera on the back and a 1-megapixel camera on the front.
