Aero India 2025 | Adani Defence, DRDO Unveil Vehicle-Mounted Counter-Drone System

Adani Defence & Aerospace, in collaboration with DRDO, has unveiled India’s Vehicle-Mounted Counter-Drone System at Aero India 2025. Launched by Dr. B K Das, Director General (Electronics & Communication System) of DRDO, the system marks a major advancement in India's defence against evolving aerial threats. Designed for precision and agility, it features a high-energy laser, a 7.62 mm gun, and advanced sensors for real-time target tracking and neutralization within a 10 km range. Adani Defence & Aerospace CEO Ashish Rajvanshi highlighted the system’s role in strengthening India’s armed forces, underscoring the success of DRDO’s R&D and the Transfer of Technology framework.
