Naidu said the DGCA report is under review and action is expected soon, with lessons and deterrents for operators. On IndiGo’s operations returning to normal despite a 10% curtailment order, he clarified that curtailments are dynamic to avoid passenger inconvenience where IndiGo is the sole operator.
