Photo: ReutersTwitter, the microblogging site could soon make its first acquisition in India, as it is in talks to acquire mobile technology services start-up company ZipDial.
Technology news portal TechCrunch reported on Tuesday that the American company could pay up to "$30 million - $40 million", to acquire ZipDial which was founded in 2010 by a team of technology entrepreneurs -Valerie Rozycki Wagoner, Sanjay Swamy and Amiya Pathak, reports The Economic Times.
