Former Shark Tank India judge Ashneer Grover has offered a rare glimpse into Gurugram's ultra-luxurious DLF Camellias, where the attraction goes far beyond expensive apartments. From manicured gardens and private roads to resort-style facilities, Grover believes residents are paying for an entire lifestyle. "They have created a different city altogether. It is nothing like India," he said during his YouTube tour.

Snowy escape

A snow room in the middle of Gurugram? That's just one of the unusual attractions inside DLF Camellias' sprawling clubhouse. Grover showed viewers an indoor swimming pool, two outdoor pools, a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym. Residents also have access to a restaurant, coffee shop, bar and a banquet hall capable of hosting around 500 guests. The facilities are designed to make everyday life feel more like a luxury holiday than ordinary apartment living.

Private playground

Imagine having a bowling alley, karaoke lounge and private movie theatre just steps from your apartment. At DLF Camellias, these are part of the residential experience. Grover's tour also revealed gaming areas, tennis and squash courts, table tennis facilities and a padel court. The clubhouse even has meeting rooms and private dining spaces. Grover revealed that he wrote his book Doglapan while sitting in one of its seating areas, highlighting how the property combines work and recreation.

Luxury secret

Why would someone pay a premium for an apartment when the biggest attraction lies outside its walls? Grover says the real luxury at DLF Camellias is its cleanliness, landscaped surroundings and privacy. The complex features walking paths, private roads and access to green spaces near a golf course, including a walking route stretching over 1 km. Interestingly, Grover currently lives in Delhi and has rented out his Camellias apartment, meaning even his much-anticipated home tour will have to wait.
