Shares of Kwick Forensic Solutions Ltd hit the upper price band on Thursday after making their debut on the BSE SME platform. The stock rose 75 per cent over its initial public offering (IPO) price of Rs 90 during the maiden session.
Kwick Forensic Solutions shares were trading at Rs 157.50 apiece, up 5 per cent from the listing price of Rs 150. The stock opened at Rs 150, representing a 66.67 per cent premium over the IPO price.

The Rs 50.77-crore SME IPO was offered in the price band of Rs 85-90 per share. The issue comprised a fresh issue of 56.41 lakh shares.
The Chennai-based company, which provides crime scene investigation products and solutions, received strong subscription during the three-day bidding period from August 27 to August 31. The issue was subscribed 272.5 times.
Investors placed bids for 110.04 crore equity shares against the offer size of 40.38 lakh shares, through 2.17 lakh applications.
Kwick Forensic Solutions financials
The company reported an increase in profit and revenue for the financial year ended March 2026.
Its profit rose 57.8 per cent year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 13.5 crore in FY26 from Rs 8.6 crore in the previous financial year.
Revenue increased 62.6 per cent to Rs 105.7 crore from Rs 65 crore during the same period.
