Apple iPhone 5s, 5c to launch in India on November 1

Putting further speculation to rest, Apple has finally revealed the launch dates of the iPhones 5s and 5c in India. Both will be available from November 1.

India is part of the third phase launch of the new iPhones. The countries in the second wave launch will get the iPhones on October 25.

According to a press statement by Apple, the iPhone 5s will be available in three colours -  gold, silver or space grey, while the iPhone 5c will come in five - blue, green, pink, yellow and white.

The India price of these models has not yet been mentioned. But considering the weakening Indian Rupee, they are likely to cost over Rs.50,000.

Those buying from Apple retail stores will get free personal setup service, helping them to customize their iPhones by setting up email, showing new apps from the App Store and more.
