(Photo: Reuters)Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL), the state-owned electrical equipment maker, on Monday said it has commissioned a 195-MW thermal unit in Muzzafarpur district in Bihar.
In a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the company said it is the first of the two 195-MW units to be commissioned by BHEL at the thermal power plant of Kanti Bijlee Utpadan Nigam (KBUNL), a joint venture of NTPC and Bihar State Power Generation Company(BSPGCL).
