Electronics manufacturer iBerry has launched its first smartphone in the Indian market, at an introductory price of Rs 15,990 ($265).
The Hong Kong-based company, known best for its tablet computers, said the offer will be valid for a 10-day pre-booking period, following which the smartphone will be priced at Rs 18,000.
The Auxus Nuclea N1 is a 5-inch smartphone that uses a one-glass solution for slim-and-sleek look with features such as gesture control, voice unlock and magnetic sensors. It has a 13-mega pixel rear-facing camera with auto-focus and li-ion battery of 2800 mAh.
The device has a MT6589T Quad core Turbo 1.5 GHz processor with Full HD 1080p resolution of display and PowerVR SGX 544MP GPU clocked at 357MHz for tremendous gaming experience.
Auxus Nuclea N1 is also equipped with active matrix display. This means each pixel of the display is individually controlled to provide a sharp image at wide viewing angle, so that users can have a different and unique viewing experience.
The Auxus Nuclea N1 comes bundled with four colour variants in the box, allowing users to choose the colour panel on any given day.
"The pre-booking goes live on our
website www.iberry.asia as well as on online portal ebay.in," iBerry said, adding that it would also open more than over 400 service centres across India, the list for which will be out on the site on July 13.
