Late last month during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Motorola Mobility had tweeted: "In the next few weeks, Moto X will be launched in India and Australia."

Launched in August 2013, Motorola tried to be different by offering custom-designed phones with a choice of colours and materials. However, the Moto Maker tool might not be available in India.

The device runs on stock Android OS and offers a 4.7-inch HD display with 312 pixels per inch. It is powered by Snapdragon S4 dual core system on chip clocked at 1.7GHz. With 2GB of RAM, the phone was announced to be available in 16GB and 32GB internal storage variants.

It also features a 10MP camera, 2MP rear camera and a 2,220 mAh battery. Flipkart hasn't yet announced the launch date or the price yet but we expect it to happen sometime soon. Moto X was available for $579 in the US, but the price was recently slashed to $399.
