Porsche and TCS have also signed a five-year strategic deal worth €1.25 billion, under which the two companies will collaborate on artificial intelligence across Porsche’s engineering, manufacturing, operations, customer experience and enterprise transformation activities.
As part of the partnership, TCS will establish a dedicated AI Mobility Centre of Excellence for Porsche.

The centre will focus on industrialising AI use cases across manufacturing and operations, engineering and customer experience, with the aim of developing secure and scalable solutions for Porsche’s product and value chain.
MHP, which is headquartered in Ludwigsburg, Germany, specialises in automotive and industrial consulting, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, SAP transformation, manufacturing digitalisation, connected mobility and software-defined mobility. It employs around 4,500 people and reported turnover of €742 million in calendar 2025.
The acquisition is expected to strengthen TCS’ presence in Germany and expand its relationships with European automotive and industrial customers. MHP has operations in Germany, Romania, the UK, the US, India and Mexico.

“Together, we will industrialize AI at scale for Porsche, accelerating innovation across the value chain to deliver intelligent, software-defined mobility experiences of the future,” Krithivasan added.
Michael Leiters, CEO of Porsche AG, said that the carmaker is taking another important step in its strategy to focus resolutely on its core business with the transfer of MHP to Tata Consultancy Services. “By combining Porsche’s automotive expertise with TCS’ digital technology and AI capabilities, we will further strengthen our innovative power, increase efficiency, and boost our competitiveness in an increasingly data and software-driven world of mobility,” Leiters added.
