
Gaudium IVF and Women Health Ltd reported FY26 revenue of ₹104.35 crore, up 47.6% year-on-year, while EBITDA increased 31.7% to ₹37.70 crore and profit after tax rose 27.7% to ₹24.48 crore. The company plans to add 19 IVF centres using IPO proceeds, with three centres expected to become operational shortly and a total of 10 centres targeted by FY27. Gaudium IVF says it will expand further into Tier-II markets, strengthen its spoke network and invest in technology-led fertility services. The company recently partnered with IVF 2.0 to introduce AI-led embryology tools. IVF treatment remains its primary business segment, supported by a first-attempt clinical pregnancy success rate of 58%.
