Skyways Logistics Growth Strategy: Air Cargo, Technology And India’s Manufacturing Boom

Skyways Air Services is eyeing strong growth as India’s manufacturing sector and e-commerce activity drive logistics demand. The company reported a 25% rise in income to ₹2,839 crore in FY26, while profit after tax jumped 32% to ₹63.5 crore. Yashpal Sharma, CMD, Skyways Air Services, says technology, capacity controls and integrated logistics solutions are helping the company expand its customer base and wallet share. Skyways handled around 84 million kg of air cargo last year and has over 9,500 customers. With India’s GDP expected to grow strongly over the coming decades, the company sees significant opportunities across air cargo, ocean freight, trucking and warehousing.
