Among Sensex constituents, Bajaj Finance led losers, rising 1.35% to Rs 1001.15. Eternal dropped 0.86%, while Sun Pharma, Bajaj Finserv and Bharti Airtel declined 0.53%, 0.34% and 0.29%, respectively.
Sensex rose 638 points to 85,567 and Nifty gained 206 points at 26,172. With today's rally, Sensex has gained 9% and Nifty has risen 10.23% in 2025.
Trent, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Adani Ports, Bajaj Finserv, BEL and Titan shares were the top Sensex losers, falling up to 1.64%.

Bajaj Finance emerged as the top gainer on the Sensex, rising 4.16 per cent to Rs 1061. It was followed by Bajaj Finserv.
Largest insider sales were recorded in Bajaj Finserv (Rs 5,502 crore), Authum Investment & Infrastructure (Rs 2,473 crore), JB Chemicals (Rs 1,628 crore), Apollo Hospitals (Rs 1,479 crore) and ZF Commercial (Rs 792 crore).
