Crisil CEO and MD Rupa Kudva resigns after seven years of association

Crisil Managing Director and CEO Roopa Kudva has quit the rating agency after seven years of association.

Kudva has completed 7 years as the MD & CEO of Crisil .

Prior to this, she was the leader of the company's ratings business for 7 years, Crisil said in statement on Tuesday.

"She believes that from a governance perspective, this is the right time to move on," it said.

The nomination & remuneration committee of the board of directors will oversee the search process, it said, adding, Kudva will work closely with the committee during this process.
