Supreme Court not to meddle in fuel pricing
The Supreme Court on Friday declined to entertain a plea seeking its intervention in deciding petroleum prices .

A bench headed by Chief Justice S.H. Kapadia said the petroleum prices came under the administered pricing regime and were a matter of government policy and that courts could not interfere with it.
