Dividend record date: The company has set Friday, June 26, as the record date for the same. The final dividend would be disbursed on or before 30 days from the date of declaration at their 30th AGM.
ACC: Despite the profit decline, revenue from operations rose 17.96 per cent YoY to Rs 7,124.47 crore in Q4 FY26, up from Rs 6,039.70 crore in the corresponding period last year.

The approval follows Ambuja Cements’ acquisition of a controlling 56.74% stake in Sanghi Industries in August 2023, marking Adani’s first major deal in the cement sector after acquiring Ambuja and ACC in 2022.
The brokerage expects this demand momentum to be sustained for the next three to four months. With government infrastructure thrust and housing projects firing up, the industry is eyeing a compound growth of 6-7% over the medium term, it said.
