States where Maggi noodles has been banned

With the Maggi controversy snowballing a number of states have banned the noodles from sale in the market. The government has filed a complaint against Nestle India with the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), following the controversy over samples of Maggi noodles containing lead beyond permissible limits.

Here are the states where Maggi will not be available now:

1. Jammu and Kashmir
2. Gujarat
3. Delhi
4. Uttarakhand
5. Kerala
6. Tamil Nadu
   
7. Army and Navy canteens have been also asked to put aside Maggi stocks.
8. Karnataka
9. Punjab
10. Maharashtra

States where Maggi has not been banned yet but samples have been sent in for testing.

3. Arunachal Pradesh
4. Himachal Pradesh
5. Haryana
6. Assam
7. West Bengal
8. Odisha
