How Haryana's 75% reservation rule hurts jobs

Haryana State Employment of Local Candidates Act, 2020 will hit jobs hard. It provides 75% reservation for locals in jobs earning less than Rs 50k a month. About 44% of employees would be impacted by the new rule as they earn less than 50K a month. As a result, companies are planning to exit Haryana and ramp down investments.
