Sony Xperia GX closer to launch

The international version of Sony Xperia GX may be launched this year, according to reports on talk.sonymobile.com.

The reports say that leaked images of Sony LT29i, codenamed Xperia Hayabusa, bear a close resemblance Xperia GX.

Sony Mobile Japan has also released a few new commercials to promote the upcoming 4.6-inch Xperia GX and 3.7-inch Xperia SX handsets.

The Sony LT29i has passed though the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the US, reports added.

In May 2012, Sony Mobile Japan had announced two new handsets for the Japanese market: Xperia GX and Xperia SX. Sony Xperia GX has a 4.6-inch HD resolution screen and boosts a 13 MP camera with full HD video recording capabilities.
