Jio mobile network down in some parts of India

Reliance Jio network seems to be down in some parts of the country. Users have taken to microblogging site Twitter and DownDetector to report their complaints. Most users say they are unable to make calls despite the network being there. The company hasn't issued any official statement on the same yet.

The outage tracking website DownDetector states that the Jio network has been down since 8:06 PM IST. As per the website, most users were unable to receive signal, around 66 per cent of them. The network issue seemingly occurred only to mobile users. The company's broadband service remained unimpacted.

"User reports indicate Jio is having problems since 8:06 PM IST," the outage tracking website stated in its official tweet.

Several users took to Twitter to post about issues they were facing. One user said that despite getting a full network, he was unable to make calls. Here are some tweets from Jio users and the issues they are facing:
